Grand Traverse Brewing Company, a Michigan native returns home to chase his dream.Our Mission is To Brew Great Tasting Beer
After 22 years in the Pacific Northwest, and with over 20 years of brewing experience making exceptional craft beer, Pete Bishop made the move back to Michigan in late ’17 to open a place which brews beers that are hoppy, but balanced, and dark beers that are solidly malt-focused. Grand Traverse Brewing opened in late ’18, and as we look forward, we invite you to join us as we celebrate the beauty and diversity of the Traverse area with some of the highest quality craft beer offered. Grand Traverse Brewing Company is a production facility located at 1974 Cass-Hartman Ct., Suite C, just minutes from downtown Traverse City, and the Cherry Capital Airport.
Come see us for a tasting, with pints, growlers, and kegs available! We are about a half hour from the Sleeping Bear Dunes, about 20 minutes from Torch Lake, and less than an hour from Cadillac.
